Hello! my name is Rhys and I’m a passionate 3D printing and 3D modelling designer who loves turning wild ideas into tangible things. From fidget toys to practical prototypes, I blend technical know-how with creative curiosity to design, refine and print objects that work and delight. I obsess over clean topology, print-friendly geometry and optimised settings so your creations look great straight off the printer and if they need tweaking, I’ll iterate until they’re spot on.

On the production floor we have Huego, a tirelessly working Bambu Lab P1S with an Automatic Material System (AMS), Huego has served the business well with over 2500 working hrs and hundreds if not thousands of prints under his belt. With your ongoing help, Huego and I believe we can earn Huego some reprieve with the acquisition of more printers!

Bringing creations to life is the best part. I take concepts from sketch to Blender or Onshape, prepare parts to give to Huego for reliable printing, and finish pieces with a keen eye for detail. Whether it’s a one-off custom piece, a small production run or a collaborative design project, I’m here to make your idea real and ready to hold, use or display.
